The optimized airplane bearing bracket weighs 225.8 grams without the bearing, plus two additional washers at 3.6 grams each. The key focus was to eliminate printing support material by ensuring no surfaces exceeded a 45-degree angle. Symmetry was not prioritized in order to create a rounded bearing hole printed along the axis.
