Rather than adhering to conventional router and siren designs, I focused on creating a distinctive aesthetic for a new exterior case designed for the Air Patrol WIFI controller. Drawing inspiration from wall-mounted air vents, the silhouette is enhanced by an elegantly corrugated surface that clearly conveys its function. A subtle, friendly appearance suggests ease of use, while maintaining compatibility with the existing Air Patrol interface and product lineup. The case itself features a boxy design that aligns with the brand's CI, and includes an attached metal Air Patrol logo for consistency. Additionally, manufacturing and maintenance (cleaning) remain straightforward and efficient.
