Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about an improved casing design I have developed. This new model features a more organic and seamless shape compared to its predecessor, as well as being cleaner in appearance. The buttons, connections, and LEDs are discreetly concealed behind a thin plastic sheet for enhanced aesthetics. Access to the test and reset button is possible by unscrewing the back cover, which has been designed with a cutout for easy micro-USB cable connection. The SIM card slot remains the same as in my previous design, ensuring the controller unit maintains its sleek look. Additionally, the cover can be equipped with a snap hook for simple removal, similar to a remote control battery cover. Best regards, Koen
