The initial concept features a translucent plastic cloud housing LEDs (individual or RGB) and IR emitters. This cloud can double as a button. Airflow is facilitated by vented edges, allowing air to reach temperature/humidity sensors. To open the case, simply use a screwdriver in the vents to release clips, removing the front cover, motherboard, and battery. The backing plate remains attached to the wall. Various styling and detail enhancements are also being considered.
