Airosft aeg m4 21mm nozzle with o-ring groove

thingiverse

This is a nozzle I made, since I didn't want to buy another one. Most other nozzles I found on thingiverse had no o-ring, or were the wrong size for me, so I made one with an o-ring. All you have to do is print it so that it is standing up. It will automatically orient itself correctly on most slicers. Do not use supports. Even if you're 3d printer's nozzle is a 0.4mm, still follow my instruction to have the layer height at 0.07mm (even my nozzle is 0.4mm). Also, use 10 lines of brim. After it's printed, roll up some fine sand paper into a tube and sand the inside smooth. Then take a pointed tool, or x-acto knife, and clear out any stringing that may have formed in the o-ring groove. Remember to print at low speeds. Otherwise print quality will be bad. It should take around 45 min to print if you print at the correct speed. I don't remember the speed, as I simply lowered the knob on my Ender 3 pro to "fr 70%". Finally, spray silicone oil into the nozzle, then put an airsoft nozzle o-ring inside. Then, you are done! If you want a custom length nozzle designed for you, simply ask in the comments, and I will try to design.
