Airlock for soda bottle (home brewing)
thingiverse
You'll need to create an air-lock designed specifically for a soda bottle cap, which will then fit snugly over the entire bottle. To achieve this, you must first drill or cut out a hole in the center of the cap and secure it firmly using hot glue. Regarding sanitization, 3D prints are notoriously porous and challenging to clean thoroughly. If your air-lock becomes clogged with foam due to excessive fermentation, it's likely best to simply print a new one rather than attempt to scrub it clean. I've deliberately designed this air-lock to utilize the absolute minimum amount of material while also printing as quickly as possible. To ensure optimal results, I recommend the following settings: * Use a 0.5mm nozzle * Set your layer height between 0.2 and 0.3 mm * Print with ABS filament * Apply a single-layer raft to the print bed to provide additional adhesion for the central pipe
