Airlock bubble counter mount
thingiverse
This device will count bubbles during brewing. The bubble sensing is done by an IR photo sensor with a 10mm gap, that fits nicely around an airlock. The sensor includes an OPAMP and is mounted on a small board, and provides a strong signal easily readable with ESP32 digital input pin. The 3d print provides a slot for the board, and a ring for the airlock to mount the board, with the gap around the airlock tube. There is also a lid to keep liquids out, but not necessarily needed.
