Volume model of the DHC-6 (De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter) aircraft in 1/14 scale. Wingspan 140.7 cm, length 112.6 cm. The wall thickness of the model is 0.7-0.9 mm. The weight of the model, depending on the plastic used for printing, is approximately 1400 grams. The model is designed for use on radio control. To assemble the glider, you will need: a 3-d printer, a filament (1400 grams without taking into account the support of the parts), cyacrine glue, carbon tubes of 8 mm (100cm-3 pcs.) and 3 mm (100cm-1 pc.) For flights, you must additionally: 1. Radio control (transmitter, receiver) 2. Servos (mini 9g) - 7 pcs 3. Motors - 2 pcs (recommended SunnySky 2212 kv980) 4. Speed control-2 pcs 5. Propeller - 2 pieces (no more than 9 inches) 6. Battery (recommended 2200mAh 3c) The archive consists of 8 sections. Sections 1-7 contain files in STL format. Section 8.Stickers contains a drawing of windows. Spaces throughout the airframe have provisions to allow the installation of 5mm LEDs for navigation lights with minimal drilling or cutting. The archive contains everything for the flying and bench model. The assembly is simple enough, there is assembly manual.
