Airhorn
thingiverse
After watching a YouTube video on an unusual wooden air horn (search 'obnoxious air horn'), I decided to create my own version using similar dimensions. However, I found that Thing 2859 fell short of the mark; improvements include extending the middle tube beyond the outer edge and including a side hole in the design. Consequently, I constructed one myself with settings of 0.8mm top and bottom layers, thick walls (at least 0.8mm), and 40% infill at 90 mm/s on an UM Original printer. To perfect the horn, wrap a balloon over the protruding middle tube and secure it tightly without wrinkles - this may require some practice. Finally, blow forcefully into the side hole for optimal sound and be prepared for the loud volume!
