Airgun Suppressor Ver.2 for 11mm OD Barrels
thingiverse
A bold redesign of my original silencer takes shape with a cut that expands into a substantial chamber starting at the first baffle, significantly reducing noise levels from my custom 1377 to approximately 90dB after ten pumps. This revised model is designed to handle up to .22cal ammunition, but .25cal may result in a baffle strike depending on your printer and material shrinkage. Print Settings: Printer: FlashForge Creator Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3 Infill: 10% Notes: Print using PETG filament available at https://www.amazon.com/filament-1-75mm-Makerbot-Reprap-Printers/dp/B00ZAUR6M0/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1470275944&sr=8-4&keywords=petg+filament Post-Printing: Assembly Instructions and barrel requirements: Assemble the two parts together using gorilla glue, utilizing the barrel of the gun as a guide. Be cautious not to get glue on the barrel. This version of the silencer was specifically designed to cover approximately 14'' of the barrel from the barrel band forward on a custom 1377. Ensure that you have at least 4.5'' clearance on the barrel for the "shroud" portion of the silencer.
