Extensive research and experiments spanning several years led to the creation of this distinctive baffle design which forces air to oscillate horizontally throughout the silencer resulting in chaotic turbulence that significantly reduces sonic booms without interfering with pellet trajectory. This innovative design guarantees excellent accuracy as well as consistent performance every time. Every detail, including length, diameter, and volume of the silencer has been meticulously calculated to optimize sound-absorbing capabilities while maintaining a compact overall size. Rigorous testing on various air gun types - including PCP models like FX airguns, Hatsan, Weihrauch (Beeman R1 & R7 etc.) as well as high-powered spring and gas ram guns such as the Zoraki Hp01- showcases outstanding results with an extraordinary sound-dampening effect. Optimal performance can be achieved through a careful clean-up with a plug tap after completing the printing process for 1/2" UNF thread - suitable materials include PLA, ABS, and polycarbonate. It's essential to have threads facing upwards (see attached image) when initiating printing operation, an angle of forty degrees ensures stable positioning, although use of build plate adhesion is strongly recommended. Successful printing requires layer thickness at 0.2 mm taking around twelve hours.
