Its baffles redirect more air than previous models, resulting in a higher ratio of effective baffles to total volume, making it the most efficient silencer yet. This compact version measures just 195 millimeters long and 40 millimeters in diameter, perfect for backyard shooting enthusiasts. The Revolution silencer is designed for use with caliber .177" / 4.5mm firearms. Key improvements include: * The 1/2 UNF thread has been optimized for seamless installation on the barrel after 3D-printing – no need for cleaning or tapping. * The inner hole is cone-shaped, ensuring smooth airflow and maintaining tight tolerances without any impacts. * The front of the barrel is clearly labeled with the intended caliber. * The silencer's surface is smooth, making it easy to spray-paint or attach lusterless "hockey tape" / black textile tape. For optimal results when 3D-printing: * Use a layer height between 0.1 – 0.15 mm. * Set the print speed to a maximum of 40 mm/sec to minimize vibrations. * Suitable printing materials include PLA tough or regular PLA. * Print the silencer with the threads facing upwards, as shown in the picture. * Avoid using supports; the angle of the baffles is 45 degrees, and the overhang is within acceptable limits. * If your printer experiences build plate adhesion issues, print the silencer with a raft or brim. * The estimated 3D-printing time is approximately 25 hours when using 0.15 mm layer height and 40 mm/sec settings.
