Advanced baffles redirect a greater volume of air than previous models, resulting in an even higher ratio of effective baffles to total silencer volume. This streamlined version measures just 195 millimeters in length and 40 millimeters in diameter, making it perfect for backyard shooting enthusiasts. Key improvements include: * A 1/2 UNF thread that's optimized for direct attachment to the barrel after 3D-printing – no need for cleaning with a plug tap. Simply screw on and off five times to settle in the threads and ensure a tight seal. * A cone-shaped inner hole / trajectory that prevents impacts while maintaining precise tolerances. * A clearly labeled front section indicating the intended caliber. * A smooth surface finish ideal for spray-painting or attaching lusterless "hockey tape" / black textile tape. For optimal results when 3D-printing: * Use a layer height of 0.1 – 0.15 mm. * Set the print speed to a maximum of 40 mm/sec to minimize vibrations. * Suitable printing materials include PLA tough or regular PLA. * The silencer must be printed with the threads facing up, as shown in the image. * Avoid using supports due to the 45-degree angle of the baffles and limited overhang. * If your printer experiences build plate adhesion issues, print the silencer with a raft or brim. * Estimated 3D-printing time is approximately 25 hours when using 0.15 mm layer height and 40 mm/sec settings.
