NEW SILENCER DESIGN FOR 2020! We are excited to introduce our revolutionary new silencer "Revolution" with unparalleled noise reduction capabilities. The baffles redirect a higher volume of air than previous models, resulting in an even more effective ratio between baffles and total silencer volume. This is the extended model, boasting a total length of 250 millimeters and a diameter of 40 millimeters, perfect for backyard shooting enthusiasts. Designed specifically for caliber .177" / 4.5mm. Improvements include: * A redesigned 1/2 UNF thread that allows for direct screwing onto the barrel after 3D-printing - no cleaning necessary. * The inner hole is cone-shaped, ensuring no impacts while maintaining tight tolerances. * The front of the barrel is clearly labeled with the intended caliber. * The surface of the silencer is smooth, making it easy to spray-paint or attach lusterless tape. For optimal results when 3D-printing: * Use a layer height of 0.1-0.15mm. * Set the print speed to a maximum of 40 mm/sec for reduced vibrations. * Suitable printing materials include PLA tough and regular PLA. * The silencer must be printed with the threads facing up, as shown in the picture. * Avoid using supports - the angle of the baffles is 45 degrees, and the overhang is within printable limits. * If your printer experiences build plate adhesion issues, print the silencer with a raft or brim. * Estimated 3D-printing time: around 25 hours when using 0.15mm layer height and 40 mm/sec.
