The strategically designed baffles redirect a greater volume of air than ever before, resulting in an even higher ratio of effective baffles to total silencer volume. This revolutionary model boasts an extra-long design with a total length of 250 millimeters and a diameter of 40 millimeters, making it the perfect companion for backyard shooting enthusiasts. The Revolution silencer is designed for calibers .177" / 4.5 millimeters. Improvements: * The 1/2 UNF thread has been optimized for easier installation, allowing you to screw it directly onto the barrel after 3D-printing – cleaning with a plug tap is no longer necessary. Simply screw the silencer on and off five times to settle in and ensure an airtight seal. * The inner hole/trjectory has been designed as a cone shape, ensuring no impacts while maintaining tight tolerances. * The front of the barrel features clear labeling of the intended caliber. * The surface of the silencer is smooth for easy spray-painting or attachment of "hockey tape" / black textile tape. For optimal results when 3D-printing: * Use a layer height of 0.1 – 0.15 mm. * Set your print speed to a maximum of 40 mm/sec, reducing vibrations. * Suitable printing materials include PLA tough or regular PLA. * The silencer must be printed with the threads up, as shown in the provided image. * Avoid using supports due to the angle of the baffles and limited overhang. * If you experience build plate adhesion issues, consider printing a raft or brim. * 3D-printing time is approximately 25 hours when using a layer height of 0.15 mm and a print speed of 40 mm/sec.
