NEW SILENCER DESIGN UNVEILED FOR 2020! We are thrilled to introduce our groundbreaking new silencer “Revolution” boasting unmatched noise dampening performance. The reconfigured baffles now redirect even more air than previous models, resulting in an optimized ratio / highly effective baffles-to-total-volume configuration. This is the streamlined version, measuring a total of 195 millimeter in length and featuring a diameter of 40 millimeter, perfectly suited for backyard friendly shooting. Designed to be compatible with the caliber .25" / 6,35 millimeter. The Revolution silencer is available in a range of calibers: .177” / 4,5 mm .22” / 5,5 mm .25” / 6,35 mm .30” / 7.62 mm Featuring a robust, fully functional, and dependable construction with exceptional sound moderating characteristics and repeatable accuracy. Notable improvements include: The 1/2 UNF thread has been refined for effortless installation directly onto the barrel after 3D-printing – eliminating the need for a plug tap. Simply screw the silencer on and off five times, allowing the threads to settle in and achieve airtight seal. A cone-shaped inner hole / trajectory is carefully designed to ensure impact-free operation while maintaining tight tolerances. The front of the barrel now features labeling indicating the intended caliber. The silencer's surface is smooth, allowing for effortless spray-painting or attachment of "hockey tape" / black textile tape. To achieve optimal results when 3D-printing: Use a layer height between 0.1 – 0.15 mm. Set the print speed to a maximum of 40 mm/sec, which reduces vibrations. Suitable printing materials include PLA tough or regular PLA. The silencer must be printed with the threads facing upwards, as depicted in the image. Do not use supports. The baffles are positioned at an angle of 45 degrees, ensuring minimal overhang. If your printer experiences build plate adhesion issues, consider printing a raft or brim. A typical 3D-printing time for this design is approximately 25 hours when using a layer height of 0.15 mm and a print speed of 40 mm/sec. Expertly crafted in Sweden by skilled machine engineers.
