The baffles cleverly redirect a higher percentage of air than previous models, resulting in a remarkably effective ratio of baffles to total volume, making it the ultimate backyard-friendly shooting solution. This extra-long model boasts a whopping 250 millimeter length and 40 millimeter diameter, ensuring unparalleled comfort and precision for all your target-shooting needs. The Revolution silencer is designed for various calibers, including: .177” / 4.5 mm .22” / 5.5 mm .25” / 6.35 mm .30” / 7.62 mm Built to last with a fully functional, 1-piece construction that's strong and dependable, our silencer delivers superior sound moderating capabilities and exceptional accuracy. We've made some fantastic improvements: The new 1/2 UNF thread is optimized for direct attachment to the barrel after 3D printing, eliminating the need for tedious plug tap cleaning. Simply screw the silencer on and off five times, and it'll settle into place, sealing itself tightly. The internal trajectory features a clever cone-shaped design that ensures no contact while maintaining precision tolerances. For added clarity, we've labeled the front of the barrel with the intended caliber. We've also made sure the surface is smooth for effortless spray-painting or attaching hockey tape or black textile tape. To achieve the best results when 3D printing our silencer: Use a layer height between 0.1 mm and 0.15 mm. Set your print speed to a maximum of 40 mm/sec to minimize vibrations. We recommend using suitable materials like PLA Tough or regular PLA. When 3D printing, remember to position the threads facing upwards and refer to our included image for guidance. Don't use supports – the 45-degree baffles angle ensures they're safely positioned within printing limitations. If your printer struggles with build plate adhesion, try printing a raft or brim to ensure success. 3D-printing time can be as long as 25 hours at the specified layer height and speed.
