REVOLUTION SILENCER INTRO FOR 2020! We are thrilled to unveil our new silencer "Revolution" boasting unprecedented noise suppression capabilities. Advanced baffle design redirects more air, resulting in a higher ratio of baffles to total silencer volume, yielding impressive performance. This condensed version measures 195 millimeters in length and 40 millimeters in diameter, perfect for backyard shooting enthusiasts. Available calibers include: .22" / 5.5 mm. The Revolution silencer series comes in four caliber options: .177" / 4.5 mm .22" / 5.5 mm .25" / 6.35 mm .30" / 7.62 mm Our expertly crafted, fully functional, and one-piece design offers exceptional sound moderation and repeatable accuracy. Improvements have been made: The 1/2 UNF thread is now improved, eliminating the need for cleaning with a plug tap. Simply screw on the silencer, perform five installations and removals to secure the threads, then you're ready. The internal cone-shaped hole ensures a snug fit without impacting accuracy while maintaining precise tolerances. Calibers are clearly labeled at the barrel's front end. A smooth surface facilitates effortless spray painting or application of hockey tape for customization. For optimal 3D printing results: Use a layer height between 0.1 - 0.15 mm for reduced vibrations. Set your print speed to maximum 40 mm/sec. Recommended materials include PLA Tough and regular PLA. Printing notes: Always orient the silencer threads upward when 3D printing, as seen in our provided image. Do not utilize supports, but instead ensure that overhangs remain within printer limitations. If you encounter issues with build plate adhesion, use a raft or brim during printing.
