Airgun Silencer - One Piece 8 Baffles

<p>I really liked <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2586045">Silencer \ suppressor \ moderator (lead dust collector) for airgun by Masochisti</a>, but wanted it in one easily printable piece. I don't have any 40mm tube around and printing tubes on their own has given me a bad taste. I made this a while ago and wasn't able to publish since Thingiverse hid the design from me after uploading, though it seems to have been fixed recently. So here it is. It's optimised compared to the original design to reduce filament use.</p> <p>I used 8 baffles as the original creator did. The outcome should be more or less the same as if you printed the original design and used your own 40mm x 185mm tube. I found it worked very well on a PCP, and very well on a break barrel air rifle.</p> <p>Dimensions: 173.55mm long x 36.6 mm wide, which would be 191mm x 40mm if you use the original design with your own 40mm tube.</p> <p>It took roughly 19 hours to print.</p> <h4>Advised print settings:</h4> <p>I recommend using adaptive layer height to save on print time while preserving print quality. It will make the less detailed parts print quickly, and make sure the end cap threads print ok.
