To ensure proper installation of my water softener, I required an air gap between the device and the sewer system. A 1/2-inch hose will fit perfectly on top with a hose clamp securing it in place. The outlet can be customized to fit snugly into a 40mm drainpipe. The air gap is comprised of two printable parts that do not require support during printing. These two components fit together seamlessly and can be bonded using CA glue. Update V2: In the latest version, I have made adjustments to the funnel part, making it more spacious. The scad file now allows for customization according to individual needs.
