Airfilter Facemask
thingiverse
Everybody is scrambling for facemasks, so I conjured up one myself. The main mask design is actually available on Thingiverse already (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4225580). To print the Facemask, use a flexible material - I used Ninjaflex, as it prints well at super slow speed - turn off retraction and run it at 10mm/s. Next, print the Airfilter portion and slide it into the mask - its a snug fit, so place it on a countertop and push down firmly. Then, fill the filter chamber with toilet paper since everybody seems to have some on hand and screw on the airfilter cap. For the earbands, anything stretchy will do, and voila! You can head to Walmart in style.
