Airdyne Chain Guard

Airdyne Chain Guard

My Airdyne AD-02 chain guard shattered into pieces. After exhaustive online searches, I couldn't find a replacement part that fit my needs. But the mounting holes section just slipped onto a 300x300mm bed with ease. I printed this section using ultra-fine 0.32 mm layers and then gave it a rugged look by spraying it with rustoleum hammertone paint. At first, I was thrilled with how good it looked except for one tiny spot. But in an effort to fix that little blemish, I sprayed on a bit more paint and ended up ruining the entire hammertone finish. Luckily, the damage wasn't severe enough to ruin the whole project, so I just shrugged it off.
