This is a holder for an aircraft fuel sample tube, similar to the one sold by Sporty's Pilot and many other shops. The holder is attached to the aircraft structure with rivets or screws and the Fuel Sample tube snaps into place in the holder. The only difference between the two versions is one has two snap retention clips and the other has a ring in place of the second retention clip. Printing with a temperature and UV resistant materials are recommended. Nylon is a good example, ASA also work well.
