Aircraft Cockpit 3D model
cgtrader
A generic cockpit design is based on the Cessna 550 with AeroVue retrofitted features. Every single object has its material identified, making it effortless to swap or apply new materials if desired. Fur options are available only for the 3ds Max version, whereas other versions come with standard plain seats. The .max file format includes a Rar archive containing two separate scenes: * One with Vray materials in 3ds Max 2011, where render and lighting set-ups are included; post-production in Photoshop may produce different results due to its usage for preview images. * Another scene using standard materials in 3ds Max 2011, excluding render and lighting setups. Every object model has the Turbo Smooth modifier applied in stack to objects needing it. The .obj format requires manual texture addition due to simple material availability. A Rar archive contains two versions of the model with simple materials: * The first one is exported without collapsing after mesh smoothing, containing a low or medium poly mesh viewable in preview images, ideal for editing. * The second version includes post-application mesh smooth, making it ready to import and apply materials for rendering. Exported .lwo and .c4d formats come with models featuring simple materials that may necessitate manual texture addition. A Cinema 4D version may require some optimization. Formats such as .fbx and .3ds include the model after mesh smooth application, requiring material application and possible texture addition for a render-ready status. Polycount data includes: * Without mesh smoothing: approximately 550,000 polygons. * After collapsing: about 3,100,000 faces or 1,600,000 polygons.
