The Linear Reluctance Motor Water & Glycol Pump (LRM) has undergone several updates, including miscellaneous calculations revealing 2,000 turns per coil and a maximum output of 224 W electrical power, with each coil carrying 2 A when operating at max. The coils work in tandem as pushers and pullers on opposite sides of the LRM, switching roles upon stroke completion to maintain continuous operation. Recent updates also include CATIA Assy files, a "Compliance Matrix and Technical Data" file containing bill of materials, cost, and manufacturability information, and various technical data such as inside views of the LRM. The pump boasts impressive specifications: a flow rate ranging from 0 to 11.5 liters per minute, a maximum discharge pressure of 15 bar, self-priming capabilities, and near 100% volumetric efficiency with a flow precision of ±5%. The LRM features self-lubricated piston rings made of PTFE + MoS2, requires no maintenance, has inlets and outlets measuring 10 mm each, and can achieve instant maximum flow rates while maintaining performance when blocked. The design includes self-control for max pressure, redundant engine functionality, and no exposed dynamic seals to prevent leaks. For specific applications, a driver's box can be installed separately from the pump, and an explosion-proof version can be customized. The LRM is compatible with CAN communication protocol for setup and operation, with other protocol options available. It weighs 2.4 kg and has a volume of 1.2 liters.
