A fusion of the iconic aviation-inspired lamp by Dan3088, seamlessly integrated with a revamped lamp shade courtesy of Vasilyd's innovative design. This version features an updated V3 Lampshade, enhanced with precise CAD files provided by Vasilyd, which I utilized to incorporate smooth fillets that refine the transitions. Standing at 291mm tall, this lamp is decent in size, but for those seeking a larger model, scaling up to 420mm will yield impressive results. To achieve this, simply apply proportional scaling techniques. To replicate the original lamp's authentic look, I added intricate rivet details and other distinctive humps that were absent from the new lamp shade. This meticulous attention to detail ensures a close match with the classic design. The main body has been split into two halves to facilitate post-print finishing. Merely glue the detailed sections to the primary component, followed by a coat of paint. The result will be a visually stunning lamp that demands attention. A convenient LED Strip holder has also been incorporated, allowing you to effortlessly attach your LED strip and enjoy the benefits of a perfectly integrated lighting solution. For optimal results, consider creating a light diffuser for the LEDs to enhance their overall effectiveness.
