The Airbus A380 is a double-deck, wide-body jetliner featuring four engines and boasting as the world's largest passenger airliner. Its initial design was named Airbus A3XX, aimed at challenging Boeing's monopoly in large-aircraft market. First flight took place on 27th April 2005, and commercial service began in October 2007 with Singapore Airlines. The upper deck extends throughout the fuselage, providing a wide-body aircraft width and offering 478 sq m of floor space - 49% more than Boeing's next largest airliner, the 747-8. This translates to seating for 525 people in three-class configurations or up to 853 in all-economy class arrangements. The A380-800 has a design range of 15,700 km and cruises at Mach 0.85 (about 900 km/h) while initially offered in two models, one with 555 passengers and another with 30 fewer passengers, Airbus later marketed a three-class configuration with 525 total passengers. A freighter model was planned but put on hold for the passenger version, with possible future variants including an A380-900 stretch seating up to 656 passengers or an extended-range version maintaining the same capacity as the A380-800. This model is a low-polygon, game-ready version of the Airbus A380 aircraft with approximately 3,351 polygons, including separate landing gear and UV mapping with one 1024x1024 texture map included.
