It boasts animateable control surfaces including flaps, ailerons, elevator, and rudder; plus, the turbines are also movable. The model comes in several formats and liveries as shown, and it's based on the Airbus A300 - a short to medium-range wide-body jet airliner manufactured by Airbus. Introduced into service by its launch customer, Air France, on May 30, 1974, production of this aircraft and its smaller derivative, the A310, ceased in July 2007.
