Hi, I've remixed this into a 1cm hex size and bigger stencil, about 17cmx16.5cm so I can print a larger sheet on my 20x20cm printer. I use 0.4mm thickness, two layers of 0.2mm, making it sturdy and flexible. You could probably get away with 0.3 or 0.2 mm for more flexibility, but I recommend using 0.1mm layers when doing that. My test print which turned out great on my Anet A8 was printed with these settings: Layer thickness: 0.2 Speed: 40mm/s Extruder temperature: 205 degrees Celsius Bed temperature: 55 degrees Celsius Filament type: PLA Thanks to h0unskull for the original stencil!
