Airbrush Cleaning pot with jam jar
thingiverse
An airbrush cleaning DIY pot comes to life with a marmalade jar or mason jar. All parts in PLA except "clean 4" should be printed in flexible material. - Print the parts at a layer height of 0.15 for optimal results. - Use support only for the base of "clean1". - Trace holes on the jar cover with the help of "clean 3". - Drill the hole using a Dremel tool and carbide cutter, followed by sanding drum to achieve a smooth finish. - Insert "clean1" into the hole and secure it with "clean 2". Apply Cyanoacrylate glue for an extra seal. - Place some filter discs in "clean 1", cut from cooking extractor filters with a punch, and use ones with a 21mm diameter. - Screw the cover tightly in place. - Enjoy the satisfaction of creating something unique. You're right; it's possible to find this product for $10 in China. However, there's no substitute for the joy of DIY projects like this one.
