This part is designed to serve as two components that fit snugly underneath an ear on the switch. The purpose of this hardware lies in its ability to mount the switch to a dashboard via a proper sized hole, which the user simply needs to push the switch through to have it snap securely into place. Resolution: This model was printed at a high resolution of .1984 mm per unit area. Infill: A 15% infill rate was chosen to optimize print time while maintaining structural integrity. Notes: The mounting clips were carefully designed to fit a hole of 1 5/16 inch in diameter, requiring no post-print treatment. The included STL and SolidWorks files enable users to view and modify the design as needed.
