For those of you who'd like a canopy in a color we don't offer or just want to print some spares, help yourself to this little guy :). This thing can be a bit tricky to print, so I'll do my best to get you the best settings, but if you have any further questions, feel free to ask and I'll help you any way I can. Print Settings Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro 2016 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: Supports: 50% density with 2 dense support layers at least 80% density, horizontal separation to .2mm. You can either use automatic supports or for a little cleaner look, just make sure supports are under the rear arches, upper arches, and around the center hole. The front arch and front side arches don't need any. Cooling fan: 100% Bridging extrusion: 120% Combing: disabled (also known as "avoid crossing outlines" in S3D) Infill: 20% at least Layers: Top and bottom 4 layers, 2 perimeters These settings are usually specific to which printer you're using but I print these at: Speed: 20mm/sec (perimeters 60%) (supports 60%) Extruder: 215c Bed: 75c Post-Printing You may have a few blobs and zits, this is normal for TPU don't stress. Just get a nice brand new razor and shave them off very carefully.
