Air Wick Freshmatic cap for battery cover (smart home automation)

The cap sits on top of the Air Wick Freshmatic and replaces the battery cover. We use it to hide some electronics to connect the device to our smart home setup (Home Assistant). Electronics: - Wemos D1 mini - 1.5V voltage regulator - 3D printed fake battery Automation: The idea is to provide the device with a "wifi switchable battery". In Home Assistant we use a rule that basically disables the device whenever light in the bathroom is on and enables after light's off and the door is closed. Pretty neat :)
