Three fundamental tools are designed for an introductory physics lab: a high-precision airtrack glider, a versatile fin-holder, and a precision-fin attachment. These components work together seamlessly to measure the speed of the glider cart with photogates. The cart itself features strategically placed holes on either end for effortless attachment of elastic or inelastic collision devices. Once secured, the fin snaps into its holder, providing an added layer of stability that can be further reinforced with a strong adhesive bond if needed. The fin and holder combination is also perfectly suited for traditional aluminum air carts.
