It's a sturdy rack designed to hold air tools securely, utilizing industrial quick-connect fittings for effortless setup. Engineered with precision, the bore features a stepped design to accommodate varying fitting diameters and includes a generous +0.02" clearance to compensate for any inaccuracies in sliced holes. This thoughtful approach ensures a snug fit for my tools, requiring only a few thousandths of clearance on the printed part - perfect results. To install, simply mount the rack to a wall stud using two #10 wood screws, leaving ample space for secure anchoring. Capable of supporting a wide range of air tools, from blow guns and impact wrenches to tire gauges and beyond, this versatile rack measures 6 inches in width with strategically placed holes for four tools. To print, use a moderate infill setting of 25% - the resulting part will feel robust and sturdy. While it may not be suitable for extreme loads like multiple impact guns (if you can even fit them on here), it should comfortably hold a tire gauge and various blow guns with ease.
