To ensure a precise fit, there's a strategic step incorporated into the bore, accounting for the changes in diameter as required by these fittings. Additionally, I've ensured that there's .02" of clearance on the diameter to counteract the slight irregularities caused by 3D slicers when creating holes. My tools fit within the printed parts with a clearance of just a few thousandths of an inch - a perfect fit every time. For added stability and convenience, this holder is equipped with mounting capabilities for wall studs, complete with room for two #10 wood screws. This air tool holder boasts ample space to securely store up to four different tools, ranging from compact blow guns to heavier impact guns. Measuring 6" in width, it offers a robust design that should withstand the rigors of frequent use. Printing guidelines: Achieve the best results by printing with a 25% infill density, resulting in an incredibly sturdy product that feels substantial in your hands.
