These files are specifically designed for attaching air tools by their quick-connectors. A straight bracket is suitable for most situations, but there's also an option with an 8 degree tilt towards the rear that's ideal for areas where vibrations might cause tools to fall out, such as when they're attached to a compressor or other machinery. Update: Even with the added stability of the 8 degree tilt, I still experience issues with my brackets on the air compressor shaking loose. To address this, a new version has been developed that incorporates a curved design to keep tools securely in place within the hanger slot.
