Air Tool Inlet Cap (Flexible)
thingiverse
A Cap to Seal the Air Inlet Hole is Created Using Flexible Filament when Tool is Not in Use. Three Nail Guns Came with Only One Cap, but a 3D Printer Quickly Solved that Problem by Printing a New Cap. To Get the Perfect Cap Print, It Took Some Iterations of Fine-Tuning. The Ninja Flex Material Adheres Ridiculously Well to the Bed of the Printer. The Key is to Reheat the Bed at a Temperature of 40 Degrees Celsius to Facilitate Easy Removal of the Part After it is Done Printing. Printing Settings: Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Rafts: None Used Supports: None Used Resolution: Set to 0.2mm for Optimal Results Notes: The Cap Was Successfully Printed Using Ninja Flex on a FFC Pro with Micro Swiss MKI0 All Metal Hotend, Utilizing Print and Travel Times of 15ms Each at 230 Degrees Celsius with a Bed Temperature of 40 Degrees Celsius. Printing Slowly Prevents Strings from Forming, Ensuring Clean Prints Every Time.
