air ride controller case
thingiverse
This project centers around designing a custom case for a 12-channel RF controller that can be found on the Bay. The prototype, version 1, has its flaws but was created with the intention of making it easy to install without having to remove the buttons and resolder them later. I had to get creative and make some compromises since the PCB layout wouldn't have allowed for perfect button placement otherwise. The slight curvature in the buttons is a result of their small size. For version 1, aesthetics weren't the priority; functionality was. The case may not be perfect, but it serves its purpose for now. Future versions will address these issues. Keep an eye out for additional designs and let me know how you find this one works for your project. The dimensions are as follows: 100mm x 60mm x 12mm
