Air Purifier

Hello, I am allergic and I wanted to create a cheap air purifier, the cost of printing this design with a set of filters was about $ 15, the price does not include a motor and a 12V power supply. The use of an inverter allows you to adjust the speed of the rotor. When I leave the room, the rotor is spinning at maximum speed, and when I come back I switch to night mode. I used the cheapest available filters because I had no idea if the printed rotor would work. At this stage, I see a certain inconvenience, the rotor, due to the fact that it is not balanced, vibrates at higher revolutions, therefore, in the second version, the bearing mounting will be made separately from TPU. That should fix the problem. Already in the night mode, the device works quietly, but sleeping in the same room I feel a little discomfort. To build this filter, I needed: Filament PET-G TPU filament 2.5mm screws 3mm screws 1x Electric motor 1x 12V power supply 1x Two-position switch LED diodes (yellow and blue) 2x Universal PCB Board 1x dc-dc step down converter 2x Diode 2x 625Z Bearings The file named »motor« contains the motor mount to the housing. The mount has been designed for an engine with 25mm bolt spacing. Currently, the device is in the testing phase, the finished version at the base will have a HEPA filter and a bearing system on a TPU (rubber) filament, which will reduce vibrations. https://youtu.be/bdZEg4Oz-ZU
