I recently required a custom nozzle for an old blow-up mattress pump to fill my kids' new pool, so I set out to create one. After some trial and error, I managed to get the size almost perfect on the first attempt, resulting in a snug fit when twisted into place. To help you determine if this nozzle will work with your air pump, I've attached a picture for comparison. Print Settings: Printer: MakerGear M2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 20% Notes: Although the item printed somewhat rough, I'm convinced it was due to my speed settings and resolution. My kids were getting impatient, which didn't help. How I Designed This: I designed this nozzle using Tinkercad, a popular online CAD tool that makes it easy to create custom parts like nozzles for DIY projects.
