A custom enclosure is being designed for a malfunctioning air pump housing unit. The specified dimensions are as follows: vertical height, 100 millimeters; horizontal length, 146 millimeters; and overall thickness, 50 millimeters. The cover plate will be securely attached to the base component via three self-tapping screws - one positioned at the bottom and two situated on either side.
