Air Pruning Bonsai Pot

Summary I designed this model to take advantage of air pruning. Air pruning is a method where you add holes to a pot to let roots near the edge burn due to dryness. This lets plants develop healthier root systems and to grow faster over all. You can use the large center hole on the bottom to wick water when you go out of town. Potting order: fabric mesh, gravel fertilized dirt (30% peat, 30% pea gravel, 30% bark and organic matter) plant moss decorative rocks You should place this pot on a humidity tray to increase gas exchange to the bottom roots and maintain moisture levels.
