Air Patrol Cool gets a sleeker makeover in the Slimmer version. The redesign focuses on visual appeal and optimal functionality. Placed vents at the back ensure better air circulation, while being inconspicuous from the front. Hanging it on the wall provides the best sensor coverage with one sensor in the front face and another located at the bottom side outlet. The slim and V-shaped case is ideal for placement on a wall or table. The USB port, tucked away in an inner recess on the right-hand side, remains hidden from view and reduces material usage during manufacturing. Multiple renderings and solid models showcase clear views of the product. A reset button on the side series of LEDs offers easy access without needing to remove it from the wall. Wall hanging profile holes are provided for mounting, while a four-bottom curved structure ensures stability and prevents scratches when placed on a table. The Air Patrol team's selection of this design was unexpected but welcomed. Once manufactured using injection molding and high-precision prototype development, the quality is expected to dramatically surpass expectations. Print details are as follows: Front half (0.15 mm layer height, 100% infill, 15.4g, 2 hours 50 minutes, 96.5 X 96.5 X 3.5 mm); Back half (0.15 mm layer height, 100% infill, 18.4g, 3 hours 37 minutes, 95 X 95 X 12 mm). 3D print results are impressive, and the team eagerly anticipates the improved quality upon mass production.
