Air Nozzle Safety Tip

This air nozzle is compatible with most store-bought air guns, as displayed in my images. It ensures unimpeded PSI flow before releasing excess PSI through rear vents if obstructed. OSHA mandates a maximum of 30 PSI when blocked; my system operates at 97 PSI, and upon testing the nozzle, it only reached 25 PSI when obstructed. I don't claim this is OSHA-approved; you must test it yourself, using it at your own risk. The concept arose after a visit from our helpful OSHA inspector. Printed on Replicator 2 with standard settings: infill 100%, shell 2, layer 0.2 mm, print speed ex 80 mm/s, and print speed tr 150 mm/s.
