Air Nozzle for Atomstack A5 Laser Engraver

Here is my version of an air nozzle for the Atomstack A5. I took inspiration from Hedo version (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4753416). You can find the description of the nozzle operation in the images above. The nozzle can be printed in one single part in the default position with some support blocker in the inner channels to avoid supports in unreachable areas. The result will be ready to be mounted on your machine. Use a flexible tube (silicone is perfect but also flexible PVC) with an inner diameter of 8 mm. To pump air, I'm using an air compressor set to a pressure of 1 bar but I've seen on thingiverse some users using air pumps for aquarium. I also designed a tap holder, if you need the stl I can upload it as well, feel free to ask! Update 08/11/2021 I tried several parameters to cut through a 4 mm hard plywood and I found out a good compromise with these: - Power 80% (to increase laser life I would not go over this value) - Speed 100 mm/min - 5 passes - Air pressure 0.2 bar (1 bar is way too much) Update 14/01/2022 Uploaded a version with the tube connection parallel to the nozzle axis.
