This is an air valve/port adapter for blowing up an inflatable mattress with a can of compressed air. Use-case: "cheat" when blowing up the mattress, a can of compressed air will inflate (most of) it instead. Cone-shape design (7-12mm) is used on both ends - you'll need to push the adapter and straw in until it forms a semi-decent seal. The hook provides a point to attach the adapter to something with a piece of string, so it doesn't get lost.
