Hi Everyone. This is an updated and improved version of the previous filter, version 1. April 26, 2020. A nose clip model has been added, along with a photo of the assembled mask. April 24, 2020. Two new mask patterns have been added to this design. A zip file called "mask patterns" contains these additional designs. April 17, 2020. The base plate height options have been increased to accommodate different fabric thicknesses, including versions that are 1.3mm and 2.6mm tall. April 16, 2020. A new version of this filter has been designed with a slightly wider and shorter diameter, measuring 42mm on the inner filter part. Additional holes have been added to the cap to make use of more fabric for air filtration purposes. The distance between the base and box grooves is now 2+mm. I've used an artificial leather-like fabric for this design. Four small rails have been included to help position the base and box correctly.
