I used a 4-inch gemfan prop on a 2207-1750kv motor, and one engine produces about 1 pound of thrust. As it is, this setup works great on the FT Guinea pig. With two units making 2 pounds of thrust together, that's just right for that aircraft. Also, when you print this, make sure your supports are set to an x/y distance of at least 5mm; otherwise, your slicer will add support inside the wire tube, and you won't be able to remove it!
