Air Horn
thingiverse
Create a human-powered air horn by following these steps: first, print and assemble the horn and cap. Next, drill a 1/4" hole on the end's flat part, 2" from the end, only piercing the outer layer of plastic. Then, cut a latex balloon circle to fit over the end. Secure the balloon tightly across the end, followed by placing the cap on the same end. Finally, blow into the drilled hole for some noise-making fun! Make sure the balloon is taut without wrinkles and consider clearing any plastic bridges inside the horn before testing. This design may require minor tweaks, so let me know if you build it and how well it performs. Newer versions of the file ease the drilling process and provide Sketchup files for customization.
